Soul care is central to life. Period. Full stop. Why, then, do we find it difficult to do?
For starters, we don’t prioritize caring for ourselves. I’ve heard more than one good leader communicate the idea that you are the only one who can care for you. It is true; you must relentlessly prioritize self-care.
